Fisherman Chronicles, Part 1

A fun little street wear range i had to design for class. Just a few of the looks from it.

And these are the "key stories" - the fisherman, gansey, creel and print story respectively.

I was surprised by how much i enjoyed designing a streetwear range, maybe it's my calling.

It blows my mind to think this campaign was shot 24 years ago. That's almost a quarter of a century!!! I would wear the last look in a flash, i wouldn't even try to change anything.

The Crack Fox for Topshop Unique

Surely i'm not the only one who has noticed the disturbing similarity? I couldn't even tell you what the clothes in the collection were like, i was so distracted by the crack fox eyebrows.

This dress of Greta Garbo's is just amazing. That sculpted collar is too good, and the embellishment!!! I'm starting develop more of an appreciation for evening wear. It's something i've tended to find a bit too saccharine for myself, But there is something so perfect about this. I just watched Ninotchka, hence the new found appreciation for Greta Garbo. Check out this amazing hat she wears in the film. Where can i get one?

Knowing I'll never get to wear this jumper from Nina Ricci Fall 2007 makes me so incredibly sad.
